Our Return Policy

OurNaughtySecrets.com is devoted to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction on every order, however; because of the nature of the products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge.


Return Restrictions

• Due to public health regulations we cannot accept any returns for products that have been used.
• We do not accept items without their original package and without all accessories that were included in it.
• Some products such as intimate garments, underwear or any other clothing cannot be returned, refunded and exchanged by no means. For hygiene purpose we cannot fulfill your return order on these items as they could have been in contact with body fluids.

How To Obtain A Return Authorization

Contact us with the following information:

• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for returning
• Name as shown on the billing receipt

Once your information has been received an authorization will be promptly emailed.


After obtaining your Return Authorization, you’ll need to print out and complete our Returns Request Form and include it as well as the item you’re returning.
